whoisda
Don't know if this is a bug but I searched the forums and only relevant topics were about the ui looking too small. I am facing a reverse situation where the UI is looking too big (compared to the screenshots). I'm working on a 15-inch laptop with a 1920x 1080 resolution. I have similar issues with adobe applications and chrome but a few of them have workarounds using environmental variables and command line switches. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Do we have any workaround for this case?
Staff Sean P Posted March 20, 2017 Staff Share Posted March 20, 2017 Have you checked your DPI settings within Windows? It looks like they're set to 125 or 150% instead of 100%. I'm moving this to questions as this is not a bug.
whoisda
Did everything. I've had the same issue with recent chrome update and most of my Adobe app suites. A lot of them have the UI scale command line switch. I was wondering if this has been known and or has a solution. I messed around in the 'Designer.exe.config' file which has a line '<AppContextSwitchOverrides value="Switch.System.Windows.DoNotScaleForDpiChanges=true"/>'. I'm not sure what it does but toggles the true or false did nothing.
