Toggle key Black & White

I would like the steps for changing the toggle key of black to white and then go back to white to black.You

might have red and blue showing.  I don't know if a shortcut key can do this or if a macro can be written to do it.

If I want to change to white to reveal or black to not reveal I could just hit say Shft D or some 

key to switch them back to the original black & white.  I tried it in shortcut key but it only works one way or could not figure out how to make it work both ways.
