To contact our Customer Service Team online, please submit a ticket using this form on our support portal and Affinity customers can email affinity@serif.com. We will aim to get back to you within 1 working day.

For all Affinity apps, please post your question right here on the Affinity Forums


For support on Plus range 'Legacy' products (e.g. PagePlus, DrawPlus, PhotoPlus, MoviePlus, WebPlus, etc.) or web hosting please post your question to our CommunityPlus Forum using your Legacy account login, or submit a ticket through our support form


While these are both community forums, members of our own team are actively involved and you will often receive a pretty quick response. For critical issue support you may be asked to email support staff directly, but please start on the appropriate forums.
