retrograde
With the amount of awesome brushes being created for the community, it is becoming clear that the need to organize and separate out favourite brushes is the logical next step. Not sure how best to do this, and maybe just concentrating on the brushes panel for now, as opposed to an "app wide" solution might be the way to go. A simple "save as favourite" system would be a good start, eventually with the ability to move, group and reorganize in one panel or even multiple panels or panel sub structure for various workflows - texturing, blocking, detailing, dots etc....? anon1, John Rostron, Aammppaa and 3 others 6 Quote http://www.kevincreative.com https://www.behance.net/kevincreative https://dribbble.com/kevincreative https://www.instagram.com/kevincreative/

Bri-Toon
That sounds like a good idea. Maybe have a star icon that shows up every time you hover over a brush. If you click it, then that brush will show up in the "Favorites" section from the brushes category flyout menu. And the Favorites section would be pinned to the top of the list with a separator below it. retrograde and paolo.limoncelli 2 Quote The website is still a work in progress. Yeah that's the idea...and then some sort of way to organize and rename the actual brushes not just the sets. StuartRc
I like the concept of Brush Organisation and it would be a useful feature for Affinity Products When working with a large number of brushes the current brush panel can become more difficult to manage unless the brushes are organised into smaller categories (which is what I tend to do) or you have an extended Brush Panel!. Is this one something like you are suggesting? https://gumroad.com/l/brushbox hlarledge 1 Quote Affinity Version 1 (10.6) Affinity Version 2.4.2 All (Designer | Photo | Publisher) Beta; 2.5 2.2402 OS:Windows 10 Pro 22H2 OS Build 19045.4046+ Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0 Rig:AMD FX 8350 and AMD Radeon (R9 380 Series) Settings Version 21.04.01 Radeon Settings Version 2020 20.1.03) + Wacom Intuous 4M with driver 6.3.41-
hlarledge
I've been working this week importing my extensive brush collection from Photoshop, and this process has really been a pain. Not only do we need tagging or maybe brush sub-categories and/or individual brush naming, we should also be able to do simple things like multi-selecting brushes when moving from one category to another or being able to reorder the category list. That reminds me: is there some way to at least get my list of brush categories to appear in alphabetical order?
