Artturi
I would like to use the same workflow I used to work with Photoshop. When I open for example Jpeg image in the editor, I can edit it with the same tools as I edit the raw images. ABraitle
Staff MEB Posted May 27, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 27, 2017 Hi Artturi, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) If you mean you want to use the Develop Persona tools to edit a JPG (which by default open in Photo Persona) you can do it already. Select the layer you want to edit then click the Develop Persona icon on the main toolbar to switch to it. Note that this only works with (Pixel) layers. Look at the label between parenthesis after the layer's name in the Layers panel. If it says (Image), right-click the layer and select Rasterise... to convert it to a (Pixel) layer. Also note this only works for RGB documents. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Artturi
Oh, okay. I just maybe didn't understand the difference of workflows in these two programs. I'll try to learn this new way. :)
