However, upon opening it I got a message saying my trial had expired. 10 days has definitely NOT passed, as I didn't even come onto the website until 2 days ago. I have a Mac that is running OS 10.12.3 It seems a few other people have had this problem but I wanted to make it absolutely clear that 10 days have not passed, and I don't have an old OS. There's a known issue with the trial not running/expiring on macOS 10.7 and 10.8 systems. Can you please confirm if that's the OS's you are using? If I can be so bold as to say, I did not even try the trail out rather based my purchase of this software solely on customer reviews and I will say I am not disappointed at all. If that is any help! We have remade the trial and you will now get 10 days from first run. Please uninstall the existing trial and then download a new .dmg file from these links https://affinity.serif.com/signup/trial/designer/ https://affinity.serif.com/signup/trial/photo/ <EDIT> The new trials do not seem to have distributed. If the problem is eventually resolved, is it possible to get an extension on the trial period to compensate for our time lost trying to make this work?
