Same here. The issue continues to persist. If the problem is eventually resolved, is it possible to get an extension on the trial period to compensate for our time lost trying to make this work?

Same issue with me. macOS Sierra 10.12.5 Installed and started, got a message saying the 10 day trial was up. Looking at Affinity Designer as an alternative to Illustrator...but it looks like I can't even try it out <_<
